Our research team in Nutrition Research focus on nutritional epidemiology studies and nutrition research to provide high quailty human studies to help support the local food and drinks industry and related trade.

Research inculdes:

  • Glyceamic Index (GI), gylcaemic response and insulin response
  • Quantitive assessment on appetite using questionnaires
  • Deitary assessment using food frequency questionnaire and food diaries
